We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join team. 

Summary of Role

Responsible for owning and managing effective and successful business relationships with an assigned group of clients, ensuring Integrated Landscape Management (ILM) meets or exceeds relationship expectations as defined by the client contract and the ILM Statement of Core Values.

Summary of High-Level Goals Within Categories

  • Quality Management- Directly accountable for ensuring that the clients’ property is constantly being maintained to, or higher than, the expectations of the client.
  • Relationship Management and Communication- Directly accountable for developing and managing a professional, highly effective, and personable relationship with clients, utilizing the most optimum communication and relationship methods to gain a high level of client trust and education.
  • Delivering additional value to clients through enhancement and cost saving projects- Responsible for generating an annual list of enhancement project options or changes that would either deliver value to clients through more healthy or attractive properties, or would provide cost savings to clients.
  • Administration- Responsible for completing administrative tasks in an effective and efficient way, ensuring methods follow a central processing standard.
  • Training and Development- Responsible for continually developing personal industry and business knowledge as required, and for the ongoing achievement of training standards as set out in the ILM training matrix.

 

  1. Quality Management (20 %)
    • Management of initial job start-up process.
    • Property inspections – 10 per month
    • Property site assessments – 20 per month from various parties (including utilizing Field Supers/ Crews and associated processes to support QM goals).
    • Client feedback – quantitative/ qualitative feedback/ scores.
    • Responsible for ensuring service is continually delivered in line with client expectations (including handling contract/ service changes).
    • Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient communication protocols and processes are in place between all parties responsible for maintaining quality standards on client properties.
    • Directly accountable for the effective and efficient resolution of property issues, ensuring clients are fully informed at each stage of the process (BOSS issues).
  1. Relationship Management and Communication (40%)
    • Responsible for wowing clients with service, going the extra mile, and managing relationship in the style of ILM core values.
    • Get to know client ‘hot-list’ within 20 days of service commencement, and setting expectations about how relationship will be managed. Recording client “hot list” into property history
    • Responsible for at least one face to face client visit/ property walk-through per 6 weeks
    • Responsible for agreeing with client on optimum communication methods up front for all aspects of communication i.e. for on-site meetings, for discussing enhancements, for issue management etc.
    • Responsible for retaining at least 90% of assigned clients in a calendar years’ time.
    • Responsible for attending at least 95 % of team meetings in the course of 1 business year (on rolling basis).
    • Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient communication protocols and processes are in place between all parties responsible for maintaining quality standards on client properties.
  1. Delivering additional value to clients through enhancement and cost saving projects (20%)
    • Responsible for thinking with client perspective, and for considering all options to support clients that may deliver value depending on circumstances e.g. enhancements, cost savings, emergencies, problems, etc. Be an ‘assistant PM’ for them.
    • Responsible for proposing and selling to assigned targets in relevant enhancement categories e.g. highly recommended (expected), proposed (optional), and other proposals
    • Responsible for proactively identifying needed improvements is all areas of the landscape. 
    • Responsible for the creation and management of clients’ landscape budget.
  1. Administration (10%)
    • Responsible for using Boss business system in a manner laid out in the initial company induction training, and as directed by Boss Administration and Senior Management.
    • Responsible for being prepared and organized in all aspects of administration supporting key job goals..etc
    • Responsible for timely turnaround of all documents needed to complete any given administrative task.
    • Responsible for adhering to all deadlines, due dates and urgency levels.
  1. Training and Development (10 %)
    • Responsible for attaining industry and business knowledge and skills to effectively support job goals.
    • Responsible for achievement of training standards as set out in the ILM training matrix.
    • Responsible for participating in training and workshops to support process improvement.
    • Responsible for following standard company policies, processes and procedures at all times. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to communicate well with others.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the office location.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
