In support of our rapid growth, InfinityHR is looking for an experienced Channel Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.

Position Overview

The Channel Manager maintains and expands strategic relationships working both with existing Channel partners along with identifying, enlisting, enabling and expanding net new partners within the Broker, ERP and Payroll channels. 

The Channel Manager will develop and implement strategic partner plans to identify SWOT criteria, business need and targeted business outcomes with a focus on meeting monthly, quarter and annual sales quota.  Successful attainment will require active engagement and enablement of each partner through excellent  communication and presentation skills along with ability to navigate and optimize internal resources at InfinityHR.

This is a full-time position; reports directly to the Executive VP.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creation and development of a national business partner channel focused on reselling and implementing a cloud based HCM Solution to companies ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.
  • Represent InfinityHR’s product and services to our strategic partners and build and maintain trusted relationships with the partner’s sales team
  • Work collaboratively with other functional teams in the company to make sure the customer remains at the center of our product
  • Close management of top channel partners, including managing relationships across the organization, enabling partners, and tracking progress.
  • Generate pipeline and revenue through the channel
  • Develop and track key partner reports and metrics, ensuring up-to-date documentation and socialization
  • Work proactively with little guidance.
  • Maintain current information on company products, services, equipment, and marketing promotions. Look for ways to leverage assets across the Channel sales groups.
  • Business travel to meet with partners, customers, trade shows, conventions and conferences. Travel estimated at 30 to 35%, depending upon company needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience and education
  • Experience working within the HCM/Payroll/Benefits industry
  • 5+ years of Channel Manager experience required
  • Ability to blend sales instincts with partner management skills to ensure Partners and their customers maximizes InfinityHR products and services
  • Highly proficient with usage of CRM tool
  • High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High level of PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible team player able to work in a fast-paced working environment with self-initiative
  • Travel 30% - 35% of time
