The Credit Manager’s primary duties include the supervision of the credit and collection aspects of the Credit Department within the guidelines of established policies and procedures. The focus is on the training of personnel, ensuring that exceptional prompt and effective customer service aspects of the Department are met, monitoring the Department’s performance and seeking opportunities to improve processes, procedures, or the best practices of doing business.
