Our Customer Care Representatives are a key factor to our success. To work in our outstanding award winning call center, candidates must have attention to detail, be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns and offer world class customer service on all phone calls. Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus!
Starting at $14.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses & commissions

4 (10) hour shifts – Friday thru Monday
As a Customer Care Representative you will be answering incoming calls in a call center atmosphere. Our CCR’s are able to turn incoming customer calls into booked service appointments in a timely and professional way.
Candidate must have a high level of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting. Must have computer skill ability and a strong phone presence. CCR’s must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion to help customers.
