Job Duties

  • Coordinate and conduct all trade-specific training activities.
  • Designs training curriculum to include setting up hands-on laboratories for instructional purposes.
  • Develop and administer examinations in the classroom or laboratory for each training program.
  • Coordinates with Field Coordinators and Division Managers to identify training needs.
  • Responsible for on-boarding and developing training plan for each new hire.
  • Monitor each employee-owner’s progress toward training goals.
  • Coordinates and tracks enrollment in the electrical apprenticeship program.
  • Maintain training records and goals in learning management system.
  • Travel to jobsites to perform onsite training.
  • Requires the ability to provide guidance in areas of career development, education and vocational training.


  • Must have a strong electrical background, 10 years minimum experience in the electrical trade.
  • Proven background and experience in Corporate Training.
  • Experience with managing Learning Management Systems.
  • Completion of electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
