ABOUT WHITERIVER CONSTRUCTION:

Whiteriver Construction is a general contractor that provides construction management and design/build services for public (Federal, State, and Tribal), and private clients in the Southwest. We have had the opportunity to work on and successfully complete "landmark" projects including two projects at the bottom of the Grand Canyon, the world famous Monument Valley Visitor Center, and the Theodore Roosevelt School Renovation at Fort Apache, a historical site rich in history and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Superintendent will be able to professionally and effectively supervise and coordinate all onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with project budget, schedule, and all contract documents. They will also enforce all jobsite safety procedures and protocols, and provide daily record of all pertinent jobsite activities, conditions, and key events.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Seven years or more of experience assisting or supervising commercial construction projects of increasing complexity
  2. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities, groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
  3. Good oral and written communication skills
  4. Good organization skills
  5. Good computer skills, including having worked with MS Office
  6. Experience working on Indian Reservation for Indian Tribes
  7. Experience working for federal government entities, preferably the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Army Core of Engineers, and/or National Park Service.
  8. Travel may be required throughout Arizona and New Mexico
